Free CPR and first aid classes on March 19th

On March 19th the American Red Cross is offering free 45 minute to 1 hour classes in CPR and first aid. Click here to find a class in your area and perhaps you can save someone's life some day.

In the wake of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan I know that many people here in California have wondered what would happen if we have a big earthquake. I would love to see a world where everyone is trained in first aid and CPR so that if God forbid we were ever in a massive disaster where the emergency services are overwhelmed we would be able to help each other. These classes are a first step in that direction.
